1. Operator and scope

These terms apply to JRB LAB accounts, ARCQ DOCS, Mastard by Arcq, this website and related software services provided by JRB LAB (제이알비랩), represented by Bae Jiyeol (배지열).

2. Accounts and age

Account services are for users aged 18 or older. You must provide accurate information and protect your sign-in methods. Notify us promptly if you discover unauthorized account use. ARCQ SPL and Arcq Live work without an account.

3. Software and licenses

A purchased or validly granted license is a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the relevant product within its plan. Resale, unauthorized distribution, circumvention, service disruption and infringement are prohibited except where law permits otherwise.

4. User content

You must hold the rights needed for documents, audio and comments you upload. JRB LAB processes them only as needed to sync, share, back up, transform and provide the service. You control recipients and permissions.

5. Beta features

Beta features may change or stop without notice. Keep separate backups and validate them before production use. We address confirmed defects reasonably but do not guarantee uninterrupted beta operation.

6. Payment, subscriptions and refunds

When sales are enabled, the displayed App Store or Lemon Squeezy terms also apply. Price, renewal, tax and cancellation terms appear before purchase. Statutory rights and the payment provider's refund policy may take priority. Products marked as not for sale cannot currently be purchased.

7. Changes and suspension

Services may change or pause for security, maintenance, legal requirements or product changes. Material changes are announced where reasonably possible, and personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy.

8. Account restriction and termination

Accounts or features may be limited for violations, infringement, attacks, license abuse or legal requirements. You may delete your account through My Account. Export needed material first because some deleted data cannot be recovered.

9. Liability

Except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, JRB LAB is not liable for indirect loss caused by user equipment, networks, third-party services, incorrect configuration or shared permissions. Statutory consumer rights are not limited.

10. Changes to terms

Material legal, feature or privacy changes will be announced before taking effect. Separate consent will be requested when required.
